Sundakkai Kulambu / Dried Turkey Berry gravy is Spicy and flavoral Curry variety served with rice and other vegetable side dishes. This recipe is made using dried Sundakkai. Sun-dried sundakkai is soaked in buttermilk and salt and dried again. This way the flavour of buttermilk is blended into sundakkai. This makes the Gravy flavoral. Sundakkai has bitter taste, So soaking in butter milk adds some flavour to it.
